Haley Goldblatt

Americorps Vista

Haley is the new Americorps Vista member for 2018-2019 and in this position does a myriad of different things!  She is the volunteer coordinator, and enjoys working on the farms when she can.

Haley graduated with a degree from Southern Connecticut State University in Interdisciplinary Studies, her concentrations being social sciences and medicine and nutrition.  She fell in love with farming and food systems while studying Sustainability and Food production in Italy and just returned from a summer WWOOFing in Israel. Her passions of traveling and food have brought her back to New Haven, where she feels most at home.  

Haley likes to spend time with her cat, who is her best friend and spiritual guide.  She loves hiking, eating, and would like to do more of both throughout her life.
