Francis Shonk

Francis brings a combination of experiences to the Community Gardens Manager position. He spent seven seasons working on the oldest organic farm in New Hampshire and managing a C.S.A. in Oregon. Francis also co-founded a carpentry company dedicated to helping people grow their own food. His time managing the Patagonia New Haven store allowed him to develop connections and engage with the New Haven community. Francis is committed to help align the community gardens with Gather New Haven’s mission: Neighbors and Nature Thriving Together.
