At English Street Community Garden at 220 English Street, New Haven Farms and the New Haven Land Trust jointly run the Incubator Garden Program. Through this program, former Farm-Based Wellness Program participants cultivate their own individual garden plots and share both knowledge and produce with friends, families, and neighbors.
