Assistant Camp Director:

25 years of age or older, 4 years progressive camp experience, educator or youth leader in another not-for-profit environment.

Head Sailing instructor:

21 years of age or older, 3 years of experience instructing youth how to sail, extensive leadership. coaching and supportive leadership. US Sailing level 1 certification, Lifeguard certification with waterfront module are mandatory

Program Supervisor:

21 years of age or older, 4 plus years progressive camp experience, go getter, leader of activities, master of ceremonies and desire to bring together a cohesive team of individuals in all aspects of summer camp programming including special events, general day to day programs and leading morning and afternoon all camp activities.

Coastal environment exploration specialist:

21 years of age or older. 4 plus years developing, leading and delivering coastal exploration in a variety of settings. Knowledge of the species living in a coastal environment and able to deliver daily program to school aged youth.

Sailing Instructors:

18 years of age and older. 2 years of experience in sailing and teaching youth how to sail. US Sailing level 1 certification and lifeguard certification with waterfront module mandatory.

Coastal exploration counselors:

18 years of age or older with completion of one year of college or working with youth. Knowledge of coastal waterways, environmental education and group games. Strong group leadership skills, engaging and ability to get wet walking in the water and possible launching and catching sailboats ability to work with a co counselor to deliver programming to youth ages 6 to 14.
