Special thanks to our farm team for tending to the Chabaso hoop-house after the February blizzard. We currently have kale, spinach, cilantro, and collards growing at the hoop-house, with other vegetables on the way. Winter gardening has also been active at the Edgerton Greenhouse, where we have one flat entirely planted, and are working on planting in the other one. Seeds have already germinated! This winter has been a busy time in many ways, with lots of planning for spring.
