2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon apple juice (optional)
1 tablespoon honey or sugar
4 cups tatsoi
1 cup sliced pears
1 cup sliced strawberries
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooking instructions: Make the dressing: In a small bowl, combine the vinegar, oil, apple juice and honey. In a large bowl, put the tatsoi, pears, and strawberries. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently. Add salt and pepper to taste.
